Kaleidoscope the cat is a good beanie and worth alot to collectors, maybe eight pounds each as they are in good condition, but it depends if people will buy them at that price.

have them all over 10 months...no problems what soever...again have i problems down the road ...my substrate is coral sand with caves in each if that matters ...PH/nitrate in each spot on..ANY advice much welcome

First, the general rule for oscars is 1 oscar for a 55 gal(208L) minimum-and that's no other fish. That's because oscars do grow large, and are fairly messy eaters, and are sensitive to high nitrates. Causes all kinds of stress for them, including hole in the head disease. Oscars can be mixed with other fish, but generally in my experience, they need to grow up with the other fish. I've had some weird combos, but they grew up together, when I added new fish he ate them.
As far as the African's with the oscars, your best bet with Africans is to have them in a species only tank, meaning a tank of only Africans IMO.

As for the above lists, your tank is a tad overcrowded for a 31 US gallon tank. The silver dollars will/should get to about 6 inches. I'd be worried the barbs would nip the angels as well. Is the pleco a common pleco? They can get up to 2 feet long. The bala sharks get up to 10 inches. And, the cray fish with frogs? I'd be afraid the cray fish would attack/eat the slower moving frogs. The problem is the larger fish are going to end up getting stunted(growth) which isn't good for them. Shortens their life span considerably. Just my opinion there, you've had it for 10 months though lol. Looking at one of your other questions, you have airstones, but you do have filters on there as well correct? The air stones really won't help, more of a decoration piece really. I'd look into a much larger tank, or rehoming some of the larger species IMO.

Also, I remember reading years ago about frogs, the only true aquatic frog is an African Dwarf Frog, the small ones. The only way to tell the difference between them and the African Clawed Frog was the ADF have webbed feet. The ACF aren't total aquatic, and they grow quite large.
