Is the Green stuff from fake Silver rings deadly?
like when you were fake silver or painted silver over copper and you get that green shadow on your neck or finger. Is it harmful?
you are mixing two things.
Copper in contact with air and water builds a patina, copper carbonate, which is green but not poisenous.
Copper in contact with vinegar/acid builds copper acetate, which is highly poisenous, it's also called 'greenspan'.
