How should I do my makeup?
I have blonde hair, bluish green eyes and I'm wearing a black dress, with silver earrings.
What eyeliner/shadow/mascara/lipstick should I wear?

I have a little bit of a tan.
Well it really all depends on the skin tone you have however, based on the information you've given probably a natural look would look best. I would suggest a flawless/luminous face. Contour your face with bronzer and use a light blush for your face, then use a highlighting powder to give you're face a luminous look. For your eyes, create a suddle brown smokey eye. For your lid use a a bronzy brown and then for the crease use a darker brown. Use a shimmery color for the highlight under the brow bone to make you're eye brows look defined. To finish your eyes use fake lashes to make you're eyes pop. Now for your lips, it really depends on what you want to do. If you want a very color-ful lip, use a baby pink but for this look I would suggest a nude. Hope this helps!
