What's this necklace worth?
I am wondering if someone with jewelry expertise could give me an approximate value on this necklace I recently bought at a local auction. I have posted a picture at flickr: http://www.flickr.com/photos/9553958@N02/4424848285/
I know it is Sterling with turquoise and a pearl. It has an engraved 925 on the bottom which I know indicates it is .925 sterling silver. I have searched both eBay and google for similar necklaces to find out the value with no luck, so I am hoping that someone with some jewelry expertise can help me out. Thanks in advance.
This looks like a nice piece. The silver work is done well, and looks designer maybe. If the turquoise is real, which it looks like it is, this piece would sell in a nice jewelry store for approx. $150.00.
